the possibility to create an urban area as a prefered space on the base of common mental image of the city; possible functions of greenstructure in an antropoecological city model.

the applied territorial research for design of geoecological nature frame in an urban areas; the spatial and functional integration of both: green and urban structures.

Institute of Architecture and Construction - Land Management sectionAim: the creation of a scientific background for the following -
land management policy of the state in urban areas and country-side, regulations and planning documents.Activities: theoretical research, applied territorial research, specialized spatial planning, projects of regulations for spatial planning.

Investigations and evaluation of the theoretical backgrounds used for planning of urban greenstructure in Lithuania on the base of antropoecological approach; 2. Suitability of planning regulations for creation of functionable greenstructure in the Lithuanian cities; 3. The real state and functional possibilities of the urban green areas in the bigest cities of Lithuania
- support, facilities offered to the action
experience of performing integrated territorial research for nature frame designs ñ could be used in work groups or for expertise; suggestions for urban greenstructure spatial and functional models on the base of antropoecological model of a city; experience in the integration of both: research and planning.
Network meaningfull to the Action: Land Management section is a part of the network for preparing of Kaunas master plan; the section permanently conducts an urban theoretical research ordered and granted by the state.
